Depart from Stellenbosch or Cape Town on the N2. See the Cape Peninsula and False Bay spread out beneath you from the top of Sir Lowry's Pass.

Arrive in the coastal town of Mossel Bay by early afternoon to walk on wide golden beaches or see the Big 5 (excluding leopard) on an optional extra 4x4 drive (see cost estimate under OPTIONAL extra page) at a nearby game reserve.

Board the stationary Santos Train on the edge of the beach and watch the waves during the night from your compartment/ bedroom window.

Wilderness ΓÇô18km of beaches cooled by sea spray, five lakes, five rivers and two estuaries, Wilderness is one of natureΓÇÖs jewels in the crown and is a protected National Park. Canoe on the Wilderness lagoon and watch the bird life while we glide over the water in our pure nature encounter.

NatureΓÇÖs Valley - WeΓÇÖll take a swim in the warm Indian Ocean on this wide, sandy beach that stretches into the distance.

From Knysna we will drive through the Garden of Eden, a landscape of indigenous forests, the Outeniqua Mountains and a rugged coastline.

Via the two scenic passes of Groot River and Bloukrans we get a birdΓÇÖs eye view of the Garden Route before we arrive at the Tsitsikamma National Park, where we will overnight in forest huts on the edge of the ocean.

Tsitsikamma National Park ΓÇô Spend the morning in paradise as we explore the marine reserve with its unique combination of dramatic coastal and forest landscapes. Walk along forest trails to a suspension bridge and find a quiet spot from where to absorb this beauty.

Bloukrans Bungy Jump ΓÇô Face your fear and jump from the worldΓÇÖs highest bungy jump or watch the adrenaline junkies as they scream through the air. (This is an optional extra. Please refer to the OPTIONAL extra page for cost estimates.)

Elephant Sanctuary ΓÇô Meet these huge but lovable creatures with an experienced guide who will teach you everything about elephantsΓÇÖ background, behaviour and characters. Oudtshoorn ΓÇô A town in the semi-desert Klein Karoo, offering a more harsh kind of beauty as the setting sun paints the Swartberg and Outeniqua mountains in shades of pink.

Cango Caves ΓÇô These caves are an illuminated wonderland of subterranean magic and mystery. Our adventure tour will explore three kilometres of passageways that lead to vast halls inside the earth, where colourful stalactites hang from the roof like ancient chandeliers.

Ostrich farm ΓÇô We tour an ostrich farm, where the more daring among us can ride the ostriches (within weight limits). The rest of us get to stand on their eggs - and make sure your friends take a picture of you hugging and kissing the worldΓÇÖs most friendly female ostrich, Betsie.

Cape Route 62 ΓÇô Along South AfricaΓÇÖs famous country road you'll capture the beauty of high mountains, twisting passes, rugged Karoo plains, vineyards and orchards in your personal road movie.

We will reach Cape Town and Stellenbosch by nightfall.
