HOTSPOTS2C Terms and Conditions
- The conditions on the ticket are a summary of the agreement between the passenger and HOTSPOTS2C.
- A Cancellation fee of 20% will be levied when cancellations are made 30 days prior to the departure of the coach.
- A Cancellartion fee of 50% will be levied when the cancellation are made between 30 and 7 days prior to the departure of the coach.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be charged within 7 days of departure.

- Passengers must be at the departure points 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
- Unless contracted to the contrary, and at the sole discretion of HOTSPOTS2C, each fare-paying passenger is permitted to take, free of charge and AT OWN RISK, two pieces of luggage not exceeding 80cmx6Ocmx30cm in size, of a total mass not exceeding 20kg.
- HOTSPOTS2C reserves the right to refuse the carriage of luggage that does not comply with these conditions. So if you have extra luggage please arrange this with HOTSPOTS2C in advance.
- HOTSPOTS2C is not responsible for loss or damage to passengers' luggage, hand luggage or personal effects.
- HOTSPOTS2C does not provide general insurance cover for its passengers, their property or luggage. All passengers should ensure that they are adequately insured.
- Whilst HOTSPOTS2C will make all reasonable effort to keep to the scheduled timetable, no liability whatsoever can be accepted by HOTSPOTS2C for any loss or damage incurred by any passenger, or inconvenience experienced by any person due to a delay or cancellation of any service for whatsoever reason.
- HOTSPOTS2C does not guarantee any arrival or departure times and there for can not be held liable for any cost incurred due to these times.
- HOTSPOTS2C reserves the right to refuse the conveyance of, or the continued conveyance of any passenger(s)
- HOTSPOTS2C reserves the right to operate substitute vehicles of a different standard from those advertised.
- No agent, employee or representative of the Company has the power to amend or waive any of the conditions of this agreement.
- Should you have a complaint in respect of HOTSPOTS2C, you should inform HOTSPOTS2C within 14 days of the incident. HOTSPOTS2C will unfortunately not consider any complaints after the 14-day period has expired.
- DISCOUNTS: GROUP bookings need to be booked at the same time, for the same tour and paid in one transaction. - Only 1 discount per booking. Discounts are only available on standard tour prices (base rates), and not applicable on upgrades, private tours or optional extras. - Student, Moola Magic cards and proof of South African Volunteer company need to be presented on the first day of travel.
- You give full consent to HOTSPOTS2C in regards to the use of any written, documented or photo's taken during the trip/tour to be used for marketing purposes, be it online, printed or verbal. You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such content for publicity and promotional purposes.
HOTSPOTS2C CREDIT CARD payment Instructions and Terms
HOTSPOTS2c ALSO ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLINE. Please do not process any payments, before you receive an HOTSPOTS2C confirmation and/ or a HOTSPOTS2C PROFORMA INVOICE.
Fill in the cardholder detail and be sure to enter the amount without using commas. For example the amount of R 1,203.45 will be entered as follows: 1203.45 without using the ΓÇ£RΓÇ¥ sign.
ALWAYS USE THE CARDHOLDER EMAIL ADDRESS AND DETAILS WHEN DOING A TRANSACTION. This ensures that they do receive a confirmation invoice of the c/card transaction. If the cardholder does not have email then use your own email and make very sure they receive a copy of this invoice.
Once this is done, wait until there is a bank response. DO NOT TOUCH ANY KEYS or USE THE MOUSE WHILE the BANK IS IN PROGRESS. If you do the transaction may go off twice.
Never use commas or spaces when inserting the amount.
Please be aware that "PayToStay" will be the name reflected on your bank statement and not HOTSPOTS2C.
The invoice you will receive is your receipt and should be kept for a minimum of six months
Your online payment is made within a secure and encrypted environment, the same as what is in use by banking systems. Our security and encryption is made possible by using 128-bit SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer ) which makes it impossible for someone to "snoop" and intercept your card information.
